Claire Diane Novoselsky is a 16-year-old junior at Arlington High School and the daughter of Jennifer and Drew Novoselsky. She has two older siblings, Nathan and Reese, and four beloved dogs: Luna, Wrigley, Leia, and Margo. She is the granddaughter of Richard and Glinda Scott, Mark Reid, and Leslie and Jeff Perryman.

An exceptional student and community leader, Claire has demonstrated the qualities that define the Cinderella Charity Ball's ideals: academic excellence, heartfelt service, and genuine community commitment.

Claire plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she hopes to major in Biomedical Sciences on her path to becoming a biomedical engineer. She volunteers at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington through her campaign efforts.

Her escort, Will Beck Lemonds, is a junior at The Oakridge School and a lifelong friend. He is the son of Steve and Jill Lemonds.

The Cinderella Charity Ball awards over $12,500 in scholarships annually, recognizing academic achievement, volunteer dedication, and community leadership.

 First Place Scholarship

$6,000

Academic Excellence Award

Awarded to the top scholarship applicant at the 66th Annual Ball based on academic record, teacher recommendations, and personal essay.

Second Place Scholarship

$4,000

Academic Excellence Award

Awarded to the second-place scholarship applicant, selected through anonymous review of academic and community achievement.

Third Place Scholarship

$2,000

Academic Excellence Award

Awarded to the third-place scholarship applicant — all applications reviewed anonymously by an independent committee.

 Youth of the Year

$2,500

Boys & Girls Club Youth of the Year

Supporting the future educational needs of the Boys & Girls Clubs Youth of the Year from Arlington.

 Volunteer Scholarship

$500

Outstanding Volunteer Service

Awarded to the candidate who demonstrates the most volunteer hours at the Boys & Girls Clubs prior to the campaign season.

Scholarship applications are reviewed completely anonymously — all awards are based solely on academic records, teacher recommendations, and personal essays.
